TLV2262A: esd rating needed

hi,

we are facing some challenges w/ TLV2262A mostly related to ESD, so we were looking for the ESD rating of the part (no mention in datasheet).

may you help?

    Vincenzo,

    I located a TI Qualification Report from 12/04/15 that provides the TLV2262ID ESD results. The testing shows it passed HBM at 3 kV (3/0, samples/fails) and CDM at 1.5 kV (3/0). The ESD performance will be the same for the TLV2262AID version.

    Hello Vincenzo,

    No, we do not have MM ESD info for the TLV2262. It is not common for TI to capture the MM ESD performance information any longer. The MM test is considered an obsolete measure of ESD performance, and has been superseded by the CDM test. The CDM test is certainly more ESD rigorous than the MM test, and it is apparently more representative of the particular handling ESD environment encountered in assembly.
