can you please suggest about other alternative of REF200 IC.
Is there any effect if current source is not matched.
Hi Dheeraj,
The goal is to have matched current sources so the difference between the resistances is known. The more mismatched the current sources the harder it is to measure the RTD temperature.
If you want to create a more discrete version of the REF200 but need REF200 specifications then I would recommend to use the LM4051-N ADJ.
Figure 29 of the datasheet shows a current source example using the LM4051-N ADJ. Using this current source example, you can design 1uA or higher current sources.
