Hello,

we currently use the LMH6703 in a different project.

For a small NFC-reader we want minimizde the component count and so we are interested to combine a differential to signle ended amplifier with the LMH6703 to convert a differential signal (it comes from a nfc-reader ic) to a single ended signal with reduced amplitude. can the lmh6703 used as a differential to single ended converter with gain 0.5?

Of course you can, but do you really need a 1.2GHz device for this application?

this is fine, we use the lmh6703 also for another pupose in our cicuit, where we use also higer frequencies.

are there some recomanded resistor values for a gain for 0.5 and 0,25 Gain

To proceed, would need more details -

1. What does the source look like - pure differential, complementary DAC output, AC or DC coupled?

2. Desired frequency span?

3. Loading?

4. Intended supply voltages?

5. Desired output Vpp and DC level if AC coupled.
