LMV339: VICR Common-mode input voltage range over full operating temperature

Part Number: LMV339
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMV331, TLV7032, TLV7042

VICR Common-mode input voltage range is only specified at 25°C

What is the performance for VICR Common-mode input over full operating temperature

  • Jesper

For devices with bipolar input stages such as the LMV331, VICR increases at temperatures above 25C and decreases at temperatures below 25C.  Since the lmv331 can be operated down to -40C, it would be safe to assume that the VICR could shrink an additional 300mV as operation approaches -40C.

If your application requires a dual comparator with rail to rail input over temperature, I would recommend the TLV7042 (open-drain output) and TLV7032 (push pull output).  These devices have CMOS input stages that allow the RRI capability.
