INA201-Q1: Parameter change estimation for a 10 year mission life and internal reference tolerance

Part Number: INA201-Q1

Dear All,

My problem is, for my worst-case analysis, I need to calculate the estimated change in the following parameters for INA201AQDGKRQ1:

1. Total error at the output of the amplifier. The tool at the product page gives an error of 5.736% for 85C, 32V (CM), 3.5A, 5VDC (supply) conditions. I need an estimate of this after 10 years 100% duty 85C operation.

2. The tolerance of the internal reference voltage of 0.6V after 10 years, 100% duty operation under 85C.

For the first item, I have a gut-feeling that, it can be extrapolated by using Arrhenius equations since the part is qualified to AEC-Q100, it is tested for 125C operations for 1000hrs. However I am not sure about this method.

For the second item, I could not even find a beginning-of-life tolarance for 0.6V tolerance.

I appreciate all kinds of helps.

Best regards,

Mehmet
