I would like the offset voltage vs common-mode voltage in wider range of Y-axis? I would like to use that in order to expect the input swing voltage.

Hi RYO,
This device is not a rail-rail input. As you can see from the datasheet, the min and max input common-mode voltage range for a 5V supply is 0V to 4V [Vee- to (Vcc+ - 1V)]. And the recommended supply voltage range for this device is 0V to 5.5V. So your input common-mode voltage range should never exceed 4.5V. Please note that as long as you're in a lower gain configuration your offset voltage will not affect your output too much. The max offset voltage for the full-range of the device is 4.5mV.
May I ask, what your circuit configuration is? Based on your answer we will be able to tell you if offset voltage will be a concern in your case.
