OPA567: Baking

I have some OPA567AIRHGT parts. The humidity indicator whos pink at 10%. 60% still shows blue. Can I bake these parts? If so, at what temperature and for how long?

Hi Lance,

I checked with our Precision Amplifiers Quality department. The OPA567AIRHGT has an MSL Level-2 rating. They told me for that package, size and molding compound that the bake should be for 4 hours, at 125 C.
