What would be the HBM ESD rating for this device?

    Hi Steve,

    This is a legacy device from 1994 so unfortunately the datasheet does not display the ESD HBM information.

    The archives record indicates ESD testing to 2000 Volts Human Body Model; but will consult with the Quality team to see if further information is available.
