LMH6518: Power Down 5V only

To save power, customer would like to power down analog 5V when signal chain is not in use, but leave 3.3V applied to VDD (digital).

Is this OK? Data sheet doesn't seem to mention power sequencing that I can see.

This would be disconnecting the +5V Analog using a FET. No active pull down other than what happens inside the LMH6518.

Hello Chuck,

As long as there is no pull-down on the analog supply (VCC), it is fine to power only the digital supply (VDD).
