Would you advise that,
Up to 80V is acceptable on the VIN + and VIN- pins.
Regarding to this, is there any problem even when no voltage is supplied to the Vs pin?

Hello Shidara,
The absolute maximum common-mode input voltage (Vcm) range on the INA207 is from -16V to +80V, independent of supply voltage. Therefore yes, you can have no voltage on the VS pin and still be OK if you have this Vcm range present at the input pins.
