LMV824-N: could you please help suggest better parts over LMV824?

Part Number: LMV824-N
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV9054, , OPA2189

I found LMV824-V is a very old part. Customer is using LMV824DTBR2G, and I would like to recommend a better part for them, so I don't think LMV824-V is a good solution with almost the same specs. Could you help check any other better part? Thank you.

    Hello Aki,

I would recommend the TLV9054 as a good replacement.  The performance is similar if not better across the board and the price structure should be much more competitive.

    ► Part Number LMV824-N TLV9054

    Vs min (V) 2.5 1.8
    Vs max (V) 5.5 5.5

Let me know if there are any further questions or if they need a part with higher performance in some area.

    Regards,

    Daniel

  • Daniel,

That is great to know that! I also found they are using SG8252XM, and could you please help further check our competitive part? Thank you.

    Hello Aki,

For a part that is very competitive on specifications, I would suggest the OPA2189.  If the customer can take slightly lower performance for a better cost, there may be other options.

If you need further help finding a replacement for this part, you may try opening a new e2e thread specifically for this question.  You can have an engineer from the precision amplifier team answer your question.  I am less familiar with the amplifiers that are in this performance region and may not be able to give you the most up-to-date suggestions.

    Regards,

    Daniel
