LPV511: Output swing low

Part Number: LPV511

Hi,

I was referring to the LPV511 datasheet, output swing high is 100mV, with Positive rail supply 3V, 3 - 0.1 = 2.9V which looks correct. For output swing low its -100mV negative rail supply is 0. The output should be +100mV, but the unit mentioned is V. The unit is datasheet is the mistake or I am reading the datasheet wrong?

Regards

Ashok

  • Hi Ashok,

yes, this is a typo. The unit should be "mV", as on top of page 7 and in the middle of page 8 of datasheet of LPV511.

  • Actually, there might be another interpretation,

The conditions talk about Vid being +100mV and in the output swing low lines -100mV. that actual Vo swing look correct and the conditions might be saying the diff input is +100mV to swing to positive rail and -100mV to force an open loop swing to close negative supply - with that interpretation, looks correct (but kind of odd, those NSM guys?)
