Hi team,

My customer is looking for a comparator which support 1.8V to 5.5V Vcc, Vref=1.2V and package is preferred to be DFN1.6*1.6(not mandatory). Any good recommendation?

    We have two options to consider in a leadless package if the reference needs to be integrated.

    TLV40x1R1 family in a WCSP package (TLV4021, TLV4031, TLV4041, TLV4051).  The four options are open drain, push pull, inverted or non-inverted.

    TLV6703 is an open drain, non inverting comparator with integrated 0.4V reference in a 1.5 x 1.5 leadless package.

    In both of these family options, the reference is not brought out on a pin.  So it can only be used by the comparator.

    If you need the reference to be accessible externally, the TLV3011,TLV3012 family has a 1.24V reference that is accessible on a pin.  However, this family is only available in leaded packages SC70 and SOT23.

    If the reference is provided externally, I can provide other options but it sounded like the customer prefers the reference to be integrated.
