LM5056A: OUT and VAUX pin not use

Hi, team,

My customer don't need to measure voltage. So can they leave OUT and VAUX pin floating? or should they connect OUT and VAUX to ground?

Hi Nicole,

I wouldn't leave the pins floating. But connecting to 0V is a good idea.

Hello Nicole,

I agree with Kai. Do not leave the pins floating, because they may float to an undesirable voltage that causes problems with other functions in the IC. Connecting to GND is fine and will ensure reliable operation.
