Dear TI Team,
I wish to use OPA564-Q1 (datasheet here, opa564-q1.pdf) to drive a resistive load in an application to drive the resistive load sinusoidally at 50 kHz (kilohertz) rated 7.5 Watts [=Vo_rms*Io_rms*cos(phi), cos(phi)=1] at around 7 Vo_rms (Load 7.5W, Vo_peak=10 V, Io_rms=7.5W/7V=1.07A, Io_peak=1.51A, 50kHz) with a dual power supply of +/-12 VDC for OPA564-Q1 configured in Non-Inverting Amplifier mode. I request you to let me know total internal power dissipation for this AC load for OPA564-Q1.
What is the maximum efficiency that can be achieved for OPA564-Q1? It's 70% efficiency for ST Micro's L165 power op-amp (given in datasheet here, 5353.L165_efficiency_given.pdf). Please give me the maximum efficiency values for OPA564-Q1
