Hi, team,

Customer requires for TLV3701-Q1 input block diagram.And they would like to double check if there is ESD diode at (IN+-)-VCC and (IN+-)-GND and protection diode between IN+and IN-?

Hi Johnny,

The TLV3701-Q1 does have ESD diodes at IN+ and IN-, but I am working on finding a block diagram for the part. If it is ok with you, I will email you the block diagram externally.

Hi all,

when you compare the datasheet of TLV3701 with that of TLV3701-Q1 the datasheet of TLV3701-Q1 appears to be incomplete. Sections 8 to 12 are missing.

I don't think that there are protection diodes between the inputs, because the specified maximum differential input voltage is +/-20V.

And I think that there are only internal protection diodes from the inputs to the negative supply rail.

There are no diodes between the inputs. That is more common on high speed amps to prevent the inputs from drifting too far apart for the sake of response time to fast input transients.
