I desire to use the LMH730216 to evaluate an op amp, but the eval board is bare and there are indications as to the size of components to be used on the eval board. The part datasheet provides values, but not size of components used. I am assuming that for most of the components they are 0402 or 0603, but there are decoupling caps that are polarized and I am assuming tantalum types, but again no size information. Does anyone have an idea of what size components to use for this eval board's components? Thank you.
