When I see the specification about TLC2272, I can find out the Rs at the test condition such as Input offset voltage, Temperature coefficient of input offset voltage...
But, I can't know what the Rs is.
Also, I can't find out the circuit for Test condition.
How can I know about them?

Rs is the input source resistance - in TLC2272, Rs of 50ohms means the input has 50ohms in series with the positve input terminal and a matching resistance on the inverting input terminal to cancel the effects of the input bias current, IB (this technique works only in the bipolar input and chopper amplifiers) - see below.
