INA1620: singel supply operation

When using the INA1620 in single supply mode (VEE = GND, VCC = 9V) should I connect the GND pin to VEE or to VBIAS? In figure 60 of the data sheet GND pin is connected to GND but VEE pin is missing.

    For single power supply rail,  you connect VEE (or V-) to Gnd. You will leave Vbias as is in Figure 60, since the bias voltage is configured at the mid point of Vcc and GND, see attached drawing. 

    The common mode of input voltage range is shown in the image below. Since V-  or VEE is connected to ground, the Vcm has to be 1.5Vdc above V- or VEE. In Figure 60, the Vbias voltage is set at the mid point of single supply rail in order to maximize voltage swing at the output.
