PGA308: PGA308

Hello ZhenGuo,

1) Can you please verify all jumpers on the PGA308EVM and the USB DAQ board are in the correct position.  Specifically, please verify/confirm on the USB DAQ board that  JUMP3 is in the EE_ON position as shown on the image below, with the jumpers highlighted in red.

2)  When installing the software, it is important to run the installer executable with administrator privileges. You could attempt to uninstall the software and reinstall as administrator.  To uninstall the software, navigate to Control Panel -> Uninstall or change program and right click on PGA309EVM-USB and click uninstall.  To re-install the software with administrator privileges, download the PGA309EVM-USB software from http://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sboc320 and save the file on your PC.  Unzip the sboc320 folder, and navigate to the setup.exe file.  Right click on the setup.exe and select Run as administrator.  Follow the prompts to complete the installation.

If after setting up the jumpers, and re-installing the software with administrator privileges, the issue persists, please post a snap shot of the USB Communication problem popup you are getting.
