TLV316-Q1: Maximum offset drfit for TLV316-Q1

Hi team,

Could you please provide what is the maximum TLV316-Q1 input offset drift? Datasheet only specified the typical value.

    Yes, the TLV316  does not show a max drift spec, 

    It is however a relaxed limit version of the OPA316, which does show a max, 

    Roughly speaking the drift is proportial to the 25C offset voltage, so - if the test limit has increased from +/-2.5mV for the OPA316 to +/-3.0mV for the TLV316, you can estimated the max drift as (3/2.5)*10uV/C = +/-12uV/C maximum on the TLV316 - unless someone has data, which would be better of course. 

    And actually, the OPA316 has drift plots - Normally, the offset drift is bipolar but this one is either unipolar or they are just showing magnitude here, 

    just below is a plot showing offset over temp where just maybe this part is unipolar positive?

    The offset voltage drift is rarely a tested spec. - max is normally estimated from characterization as 4 to 5sigma. 

    There are a few exceptions

    OPA656 and OPA657 are ATE tested at final test

    OPA837, OPA838 are screened at wafer probe but then there is some shift from that in packaging. 

    It is very unlikely even the OPA316 is tested for offset drift.
