Hi,

Can i know the Junction temperature for TLC3702QPWRQ1. Its not mentioned in the datasheet. For similar component TL331QDBVRQ1 its given as 150C. Please let me know whether Tj is limited to max ambient or its 150C for TLC3702QPWRQ1?

    Hello Suresh,

    The specified operating range is up to 125°C. Between 125 and 150 is unspecified and operation is not warrantied.

    Storage temperature is 150°C, but this is assumed un-powered. Since this is a micropower device, it is assumed Ta = Tj.

    Since this is a micropower CMOS device, we cannot say it will be completely functional at 150°C.

    Since maximum junction temperature is not mentioned, we would recommend a maximum junction temperature of 125°C.
