Hi team

I have a question about LMP8646 power sequence.

There is a typical application circuit in datasheet(SNOSC63B), Page.17.

If the power supply (5V) for LMP8646 rises lastly, can the LMP8646 be damaged?

- sequence :

   1st : Vin

   2nd : Vo

    last : 5V for LMP8646 power supply

    Hi,

    The LMP8646 will not be damaged if its 5V power supply rises last.

    However functionally it might be defeating the purpose of current limiting which is the goal in the first place. Ideally LMP8646 should be ready before Vin comes on.
