Part Number: LM193

My customer want to order LM193JG/883,but it shows that p/n LM193JG/883 isn't an orderable option?

http://www.ti.com/product/LM193-MIL/samplebuy?keyMatch=LM193JG&tisearch=Search-EN-everything&usecase=part-number

Please tell me how can I order a device with MIL-STD-883 standard?

Does your company have a TI representative that calls on your account?  I will work with my marketing team to see how we can best assist you.

  • I don't know if TI has every offered a part with that exact part number:  LM193JG/883

TI acquired National Semiconductor in 2011 and continues to offer the military grade (MIL-STD-883) of both origins.   The LM193JG/883 sounds like mixture of the TI and National naming conventions.

It you want the mil grade LM193 in the CDIP of TI origin, the part numbers will be:

    M38510/11202BPA

    or

    5962-9452601QPA

If you want the mil grade LM193 of National origin, the part numbers will be:

    LM193AJ/883

    or

    LM193J/883

The different part numbers might have slightly different datasheet limits and it would be necessary to review them to pick the right part.
