TLV6710: Is there any potential risk if the VDD of TLV6710 turns to be 0V but there is a 1V input at Vin?

Part Number: TLV6710

Hello,

I am using TLV6710 comparator, my normal supply to VDD is 24V, but sometimes this VDD supply can be 0V at abnormal state, and Vin will be about 1V input at this condition.

So I want to know if there is any potential risk if the VDD of TLV6710 turns to be 0V but there is a 1V input at Vin?

Thank you!

Rachel.
