AMC1100: Replacement of Input Main Sensing Transformer

I thought this schematic looked familiar, it is part of the SLAA552 Application note written by a couple of our colleagues here at Texas Instruments.  I'll see if I can get either of them to comment further, but my suspicion is that the neutral in this case is in fact connected back to earth/PE and in that case you could not swap line and neutral as depicted in the schematic,

no you shouldn't do this with a "basic isolated amplifier" like the AMC1100. But with a "reinforced isolated amplifier" like the AMC1300 you can. And don't violate in the layout the 9mm "creepage distance" and "clearance"!!
