OPA659EVM: An overvoltage was applied by mistake. What am I supposed to do?

Due to unstable power supply, PCB (OPA659EVM) overvoltage was applied. I want to test whether the OPA659 and OPA659EVM are normal, and if the PCB is fine but the OP amp (OP659) is broken, can you tell me how to replace them? Please?

Hi Suhyun,

you mean how to desolder the chip?

I take a hot air tool for such reworks. 350°C...400°C is a good temperature.
