LM139AQML-SP: Metal Lid or Lid is internally grounded?

Hi team,

My customer wants to know if these LM139QML-SP variants has a metal lid. If it does, they want to check if the metal lid is internally grounded, or provides a pad for floating, or is floating:

5962R9673802VXA

5962R9673802VDA

5962R9673802V9A

Can you please help and provide if they have a metal lid, if that lid is internally grounded, or if there’s a pad provided to ground the lid? Or something else which you can add in the comments field?

Hello Alpha,

As in the previous post, these devices are all ceramic and do not have metal lids.

In general (of course, there are always exceptions, so verify), amplifier products in ceramic DIP packages with lids do not have the lids connected. This would take some complicated extra steps in the DIP package assembly process. Other package types can have the lids tied to one of the pins.
