LM239A-EP: Sample Size issue on the EP Rel Report

Hello ,

After that I checked more in details the EP report content , I need your confirmation regarding the sample size used / lot for the Bias LT , is it really 7 parts ? normally we use 45 or 77 per 3 different Lots .

Hello Liouaeddin,

Yes it was a typo, we use a sample size of 77 units for bias life test, not 7 units, and this is reflected in our qualification summary page on ti.com:
