Hi TI Team,
We have considered INA303A1 current sense amplifier for our design.
We are using this device for bi-directional current sensing.
So we have given an external 2.25 V REF reference using a simple voltage directly to REF pin but we observed when try to do simulation using spice model of INA303A1 in TINA, we observed that REF voltage is dropping & REF pin is drawing current of around 2.25mA.
We didn't face this when we try to do same with INA302A1, there was not drop in reference voltage. Reference voltage was 2.25V only. (Complete circuit was same)
It seems to be spice model issue, kindly check & get us correct spice model of this device,
And also we observed that in same spice model, we have set under current limit of -350A which is equivalent to 0.5V on Limit 2, we found that eventhough Vout is below 0.5V still Alert 2 output was not dropping.
kindly check this & get back to us asap
