First there is a white noise with an increasing amplitude, then it turns into sinusoidal vibrations with a changing frequency. Very large fluctuations at a low frequency - the speaker just jumps out. I didn't look any further - I turned it off. At the same time, the power bus also appears to have fluctuations similar to noise-controlled by an oscilloscope.

Hello Andrew,

The datasheet recommends, "Bypassing the power supply is necessary to maintain low power supply impedance across frequency. Both positive and negative power supplies should be bypassed individually by placing 0.01μF ceramic capacitors directly to power supply pins and 2.2μF tantalum capacitors close to the power supply pins."
