OPA2211A BiCom3 Process Technology

Hi Team,

Good day.

OPA2211A device is using BiCom3-HV process technology. According to the document on the link below,
SiGe HBTs usually have a low breakdown voltage ~5V. Why does  BiCom3-HV work up to 36V ?
Also, Does it have MOSFETs or Si BJTs inside?
