OPA2211A: Is this amplifier made by SiGe HBTs only?

I want to do some test on the amplifier in cryogenic temperatures. I am wondering if it is made by SiGe HBTs only? SiGe HBTs can work in cryogenic temperatures, and Si BJTs or CMOS cannot work in cryogenic temperatures. It would be great if this amplifier is made by SiGe HBTs only.

Also, in the functional block diagram, there are some PNP transistors. Are they SiGe PNP? I heard that SiGe PNP does not work well. What is the performance/properties of your SiGe PNP? Do you have a datasheet?

    I am sure you understand that TI cannot reveal detailed information about the processes used to fabricate the Precision Amplifiers op amps. The process details and device characteristic are TI Company Proprietary information. We cannot provide any process datasheets that reveal detailed, confidential information about our device designs or fabrication processes.

    All of the SiGe HV op amps incorporate both NPN and PNP transistors. Both the NPN and PNP transistors are SiGe. Here is a list of some of our SiGe HV op amps:

    OPA211, OPA2211 (bipolar input)

    OPA828 (JFET input)

    OPA202 (Super-beta Bipolar input)

    OPA207 (Super-beta Bipolar input)

    OPA145 (JFET input)

    OPA140 (JFET input).
