TLV9062: Input Impedance

Part Number: TLV9062

Hi team,

Do you have data of differential/common-mode input impedance?

Datasheet only shows capacitance value and there is no description about resistance.

Best regards,

    Hello Mago-san,

This datasheet does not show input resistance as these values are very large.  For devices with oxide gates, such as CMOS inputs, the bias current is dominated by ESD diodes and not by current into the input gates themselves.

Please let me know if you need further help with your design.

    Regards,

    Daniel Miller

  • Hi Shota,

in addition to what Daniel said, an input bias current of 0.5pA means an input impedance in the TOhm range (1000GOhm).

  • Hi Daniel-san

    Thanks for your answer.

The customer is asking another question.

Do you have any data about min value of thermal protection?

The datasheet only shows typ value(140℃), so the customer would like to know rough standard for their design(Not need to be guaranteed).

    Best regards,

    Shota Mago

  • Hi Shota,

the tolerance of thermal shutdown should be such that it would allow normal operation up to 125°C.

Having said this, where do you find this information in the datasheet??

    Hello Mago-san,

The customer may find the following portion of the data to be interesting.  As you can see, the device can go up to an ambient temperature of 125 and a junction temperature of 150.  I will mark this thread as resolved.  However, please let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Best regards,

    Daniel Miller

  • Hi Daniel-san

Sorry, this thermal protection question came from another precision amplifier device...

Anyway, thanks for your support through the thread!

    Best regards,
