INA293: Behavior when negative differential voltage is applied.

I've checked related article like this, but not sufficient.

I want to detect 1MHz AC Current using INA293. 

as you know, this IC can only detect Uni-direction.

If Bi-direction differential voltage (approximately ±0.1V) is applied, How does this IC behavior ?

I think this IC can work, but output voltage is positive only .( just like half-wave rectifier.)

Because voltage supply is from GND to positive voltage and this circuit compliance to absolute maximum ratings .

    You will actually have two issues that will not allow to measure the 1MHz AC signal.  

    1. Bandwidth vs Output voltage.  Because of the architecture you will not get the full bandwidth through the entire input range.  See this image from the datasheet.
    2. Also their will be an overload recovery.  When you place the inputs below the Vsense=0V there will be time that it requires to recover from the saturated voltage.  The larger the Vsense the longer it will take.
