INA191: INA191A5 Output Current at Max Vout

Part Number: INA191

Hi all,

I am having trouble locating the output current of the INA191A5 at maximum Vout. Does it happen to be the same for all the different gain options? Thank you for the help?

  • Hello Filipe,

The output voltage swing vs. output current is indeed the same for all gain options. It is a characteristic of the output stage design and transistor size, which is the same for all devices. Figure 11 and Figure 12 will cover the information you're looking for, depending on supply voltage. If you are using a supply voltage other than the extremes, you can interpolate between these two figures.
