INA337: INA337 output information

Part Number: INA337
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA326

Hi team

customer want to know that use INA337

when 0.125 times gain, Vin = -10V,  what is Vout value? is -1.25V?

Best regards
Aosker Lau

  • Hi Aosker,

INA337 is an instrumentation amplifier. Its output voltage polarity depends on how the input is connected at INA337.

Unfortunately, we do not have TINA INA337 model; however, we do have one for the INA326, which is similar to INA337. Noteably, the input CMV range and output swing ranges are a little more restricted for the INA337 when compared to the INA326.

Vin = -10V is outside of common mode voltage requirements for INA337. The common mode voltage and input voltage range are shown in the table below.

I put together a INA326 simulation, you may play around. The model has Gain = 0.125 and Vin = 1Vpp in sine wave. Output is is 124.7mVpp. Please pay attention to the output phase w.r.t. input phase. The output signals can be in phase or in opposite phase depending on the + and - polarity of the input source in Vg1.
