Hi everyone,

Can You help to decode binary code marking for INA138NA/3K. Pls look at the photo
Is it 2010 or 2020?

Hi,

If you purchased these parts after March 2020, although in theory they could be from either 2010 or 2020, it is almost certain that they are from 2020 because of TI’s inventory management which puts a cap on internal manufacturing shelf life.

If you made the purchase some time ago and before March of this year, then for sure they are from 2010.
