I have two questions.

Could you please let us know RTM of OPA4990IPWR(TSSOP) and OPA4990IRUCR(QFN)?


 

[Q2]

Do you have plan of development of VSSOP PKG?

If yes, could you please let us know RTM timing?

    Hi Hide,

    [Q1]

    The OPA4990 in the RUC (QFN) package is expected to RTM by end of September of this year.

    We are still evaluating when the OPA4990 in the PW (TSSOP) package will release to market due to some delays related to our qualification process.

    [Q2]

    Are you referring to the OPA2990 (dual channel) when asking about the release in a VSSOP package? The packages of the OPA4990 we plan to release are provided on the first page in the datasheet in the "Device Information" table.
