I saw on the datasheet that this part can be used as a voltage controlled current source. Is there an application circuit for this?

A simple configuration that can implement the INA143 as a voltage controlled current source is an “Improved” Howland Current Pump circuit. The link below explains this circuit more in-depth. Please refer to page 5 in the article. Integrated difference amplifiers like the INA143 can be a great selection for an “Improved” Howland Current Pump; however this is dependent on the type of loads your circuit is connected to and other design constraints.
