The output current of TPS7A4901/TPS7A300A is 150mA.
Use TPS7A4901/TPS7A3001 to supply the ±12V , the current is enough to driver 3 OPA192 or not?
Thanks!

Hi user6354633,
Please provide us with the following information.:
1. What are the loads at OPA192-1, OPA192-2 and OPA192-3? --> you should calculate the max. power consumed at OPA192-1, OPA192-2 and OPA192-3.
2. Are there going to be potential shorts at OPA192-1, 2, 3 op amp? OPA192's short-circuit current is rated at +/-65mA.
3. What are temperature operating ranges for the worst case scenario?
4. Are there any transient conditions that can be found in the operating conditions?
5. What are driving waveforms at OPA192-1, 2 & 3?
The input power at +/-15V = ouptut power at +/-12V + heat dissipation = output power of OPA192-1 + OPA192-2 + OPA193-3 + dissiplations, which are the minimum power requirements. Of course, you need to add power overhead for operating temperature considerations + Transient conditions + perhaps short circuit conditions etc.. You have to take into account all worst case scenarios before you can answer the questions.
Best,
Raymond
