TLV9002: How to check the Physical data of package?

1,Could you support to check where is the below data int TI.com?
2, How to make sure the below physical data of numerical for all each packages?

TI has many packages. Customer would like to make sure the package material of physical properties.
It is difficult to find them from below site for each packages...

・Longitudinal elastic modulus (Young's modulus)
・Poisson's ratio
・density
・Coefficient of thermal expansion
・Thermal conductivity
・specific heat

    Hello KH,

    Thank you for your question.  The thermal conductivity of a device is the inverse of the thermal resistivity.  This information can be found in the TLV9002 data sheet and in most other device data sheets in the "Thermal Information" section.

    The rest of your requests are not, to my knowledge, available online. 

    I will reach out to you via email to further discuss this matter and will mark this e2e thread as resolved for now.
