Greetings,

I want to confirm some parameters what are not indicated in datasheet.

-power dissipation

Can I use the formula below?

PD=(Tj(max)-TA) theta JA

If in temp@25c normal, what is the value of PD?

Btw, what is max PD value of this device?

And how power dissipation is maximum?

-Saturation voltage

What is the value of saturation voltage?

Recommended reference value is ok for me if you do not have spec.

    Hello Yumiko,

    The maximum die temp sets the power dissipation limit. See note 5 in the Abs Max table.

    Ideally, you should not exceed 125C, though the max die junction temperature is 150C.

    125-25 = 100°C allowable temperature rise over room temp.

    The package Tja is 97°C/W. 100 / 97 = 1030mW max.

    Remember that total dissipation also needs to include the quiescent supply current at 6mA max. So worst case 6mA*30V = 180mW and the rest would be allowable output power dissipation.

    Sorry, I don't think we understand what you are asking for when you mention saturation voltage.

    You also asked to recommend a reference if we don't have a spec but that also is not clearly understood.

    Maybe you can clarify what you are trying to accomplish and maybe that will clarify for Paul.
