INA293-Q1: Current shunt high voltage with low current

Part Number: INA293-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA293, INA190, INA186

Hi all,

I use INA293 to measure low current (10uA) with high voltage (max 100V).

Without load I see 40uA of consumption from the power supply and also some mV on the output voltage (400mV). I think the problem is the "Input bias current" on the pin IB+ and IB-.

There are some current shunt with low input bias current with high voltage (100V).

Thank you for your support

  • Hello Francesco,

I am sorry but we currently do not have a low input bias(<1 uA) current device that can also go up to 100V VCM.  The INA190 and the INA186 are low input bias current and are accurate but cannot support the high common mode.

You can use the INA190 in this configuration to get current output ( ).  Along with   circuit configuration to get the low input bias current and high voltage configuration.
