INA198: Current shunt negative voltage and low negative current

Hi all,

I need to measure on the gate of NMOS FET low negative current (-20uA) with negative voltage (-7V). 

I think to use INA198 because Vin is from -16V to +80V, but Input Bias Curent pin Vin- is maximum 16uA.

There are some current shunt with low input bias current, negative current and negative voltage?
