OPA376-Q1: Additional Information needed

Part Number: OPA376-Q1

Hello Team,

My customer wanted to know the closed-loop output impedance (at G=+1) of OPA376-Q1. In the datasheet, it states that open-loop output impedance is typically 150 ohms.

Can you also confirm the max input voltage offset of this device is 25uV for all temperature ranges? As I checked the datasheet this is only for 25 degrees Celsius, do we have the data for all temperature ranges?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Renan

  • Hi Renan,

Please check the following thread,  which the question has been answered.

Yes, Vos_max is specified 25uV at room temperature. If you are talking about 70C operating temperature, the worst case at Ta = 70C will be 25uV + 1uV/C * (70-25C) =70 uV (if -40C < Ta < 85C).

If  you are talking about -40C to 125C in operating range, the worst case (maximum) at  Ta = 125C will be Vos = 25uV + 2uV/C*(125-25C) = 127uV.

0.32uV/C is a typical dVos/dT value from the datasheet, if Ta is operating from -40C to +125C.

If you have additional questions, please let us know.

    Best,

    Raymond
