LM2903: Vcc difference

Part Number: LM2903
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM393LV, LM393

Dear Team,

Here is Kevin from Delta Taiwan team.

I found a problem while testing with the comparator LM2903DR and would like to check with you
The circuit diagram is as follows.

During the test, it is found that the comparator VCC gives a single power supply of 3.3V

V + a given voltage of 2.7V, and the V- voltage increases from 1.65V to 2.2V.

Vo will be 0V when V- reach 2.2V.
The output of the comparator is LOW when V- is not greater than V +
If the comparator VCC is set to 5V, the circuit can be normal.

Why have this issue here?

I check the supply voltage range should be ok, common mode voltage should also be ok.

Is it cause by input voltage range?

If yes, do we have device can work at supply voltage as 3.3V here?

BR

Kevin
