Good day.
Our customer have built-up a PCB design using AMC1100. The unit is perfectly linear for a portion of input voltages and then at a certain point it goes non-linear.
They made sure to follow the design guidelines specified on the the datasheet: They have made two separate power rails that are separated from each other on the board, have used RC filters both at the differential input and output.
Is this a known issue with AMC1100?
