LM319-N: Open collector - what is the minimum voltage supply for the output resistor ?

I'm using the LM319 open collector comparator with a 12V power supply.

I would like to have a 0-1.8V logic output so I wonder if there is a minimum voltage supply for the output resistor.

I would like to know if 1.8V voltage supply connected to the output resistor is enough.

You can use any voltage between GND and 18 V.

One clarification. 18V is the abs max value where no damage is expected up to that level. Up to 15V is a more recommended range.

But to directly answer your question, there is no problem with your 1.8V use case for the output pullup voltage.
