OPA244: Searching for a 30+ Volt Micropower OpAmp or Comparator as Level Shifter from 3.3/5V CMOS to +-15V

Hi,

I need to drive a few FET to about +-15V (digital) while using a minimum of quiescent current and boaed space (0.5mm or larger pitch is preferred, though).

Speed is not critical (should be able to drive 200pF from rail to rail in less than 50ms) and input would be 3.3V or 5V CMOS.

My best candidate at the moment is the OPAx244 series. SOT-23-5, MSOP-8 or TSSOP14 for 1, 2 or 4 channels, 50µA per channel and +14.4v/-14.7v expected output voltages, but there might be an IC that I have overlooked.

Nice improvements would be:

- SC-70 package instead of SOT-23-5 for the single channel version.

- Direct logic input levels (without having to provide a 1.5V or 2.5V reference for the second input terminal).

- Even less quiescent current.

- Output voltages even closer to the rails (load is only gates of FET, so virtually no DC load current).
